I know you,

you were my dream once.

I was at the lakeside,

brooding,when you came.

You sat beside me,

held my hand in yours.

I stuttered and murmured,

you were all ears for me.

I was still unsure about you,

you were still a stranger to me.

You squeezed my hand,

penetrated your eyes into mine.

My heart bounced with this,

it wanted to come out.

I pored my soul to you,

it made me feel very light.

I wish for you to never vanish,

I wish for you to be with me.

I don't want to lose you,

which really fears me.
