Love happens or does it?

“Everybody should have true love and it should last as long as life does”- one of the popular dialogues of the movie “The Fault in our Stars” states nothing wrong but has anyone seen it happen in real life? I guess not. I agree that some are out there for whom this line holds true. They have found their true love and are living happily ever after, like in fairy tales. Yet, I have seen individuals living a loveless life. Why is it that some people deserve true love while others don’t? Is God partial or some have been extremely good and others bad? We always used to get candies from our parents or teachers or relatives when we behave well in our childhood. So is true love just a prize for being well behaved? I don’t think so because some people who are awfully nice are still lonely.
Everyone wants to be loved and cared for and who wouldn’t? Part of those fall in love and fortunately are loved back. The other part falls in love but unfortunately the person they fall in love does not love them back. Guess they are just unlucky or they don’t deserve true love otherwise they would have been with that person.
There is a chance that that person isn’t right for you and the person who is will eventually meet you someday and make you happy but what if you never fall in love with that right person? A few would love that right person or pretend to since they have no other option. However the other few would always be alone. Shouldn’t there be something for them too? Each and everybody deserves true love and there should be no biasing with anybody.
There are people who have a fairy tale romance and there are people like us who listen to sad songs and watch romantic movies wishing to have a love story like the protagonists.
